We are proud to present the southernmost ice cathedral and snow hotel in the Nordics, and possibly even in Europe. An enchanting world where kings, princesses, elves, and trolls meet in a magical setting enjoying some of Norway’s best snow conditions.

The Lillehammer region, home to large alpine resorts like Hafjell and Kvitfjell, is highly attractive for tour operators and group travel organisers. Hunderfossen Winter Park is within a few minutes reach of Hafjell, and is a popular and exciting activity after a day on the slopes. What is Hunderfossen Winter Park?

Hunderfossen Winter Park is a fairytale made real. Visit the southernmost ice cathedral in the Nordics, stay at our fantastic snow hotel, take the children on a sleigh ride, enjoy a snowmobile adventure, and explore the park and its many activities in an enchanting winter wonderland. Located by the beautiful Fairytale Castle, the majestic Ice Cathedral is a divine space with a unique atmosphere.

We are honoured to have Elisabeth Kristensen decorating Hunderfossen Winter Park. She is Norway’s only full-time snow and ice artist, and has achieved international acclaim. The winter park has a new theme every year.
